When the Solway Buzz printed its final edition in April 2026, it left behind an invaluable chronicle of life in Silloth and the surrounding coastal villages. Recognising that this history belongs to everyone, the Town Council stepped in to ensure these archives were safely preserved, completely digitised, and made freely available for generations to come.
